I bought a Garmin GPSMAP chart plotter from Mitch a couple years ago when the product was brand new. The charts I chose didn't work well with the auto-route feature so Mitch resolved the problem for me the following year with a different set. Mitch patiently helped me work through a difficult process of trying to tweek things and manage the disconnect between the Garmin manual and the actual functionality - both of the new product and how it behaved with the particular charts during the first year. Garmin has since updated the software and the manual. Together with the replaced charts, my Garmin now works like a dream! Navigating unfamiliar waters (and trailering to & exploring new areas is our favorite way of boating) is now easy and stress free! Thanks Mitch for steering me in the right direction to this product and getting me through the rough waters!
